Konverting the GIS-Format 'EDBS' to Spatial-Database 'PostGIS' and other using the 'Well Known Text'-Interface. EDBS is a German Fileformat from ALK (Automatisierte Liegenschaftskarte). So this GIS can be used for UNM-Mapserver, JUMP ... conform to OGC.
