This is a full Blackjack game. It uses the Cards32.dll and is an example of how to easily create a card game with this tool. The game has sounds, an option to change the number of decks, and options to change the card style. It saves the options to a text file so that everytime the program is started the settings are loaded. It has a computer opponent and includes the Hit, Stay, Surrender, and Double Down actions.
