This application is a client of a global keyboard message hook. In other words, the hooking code is implemented in a .dll that any program can use, as opposed to a .bas module within the application. Becuase it is not possible to implement a global message hook in VB, the author wrote it in Delphi. The package includes the compiled Delphi .dll and a VB client that makes use of it.
