This demo application shows you how to dynamically create submenu items for top-level and popup menus at run time. In addition, it allows for switching between normal and columnized menus, and between menus with and without bitmaps. If the menu length goes beyond the a pre-specified length, the code will automatically sectionalize the menu and provide Up and/or Down graphics to enable navigation between the menu sections.
