The purpose of this library was the enrich VB6 language and environment. It includes many class libraries -- including a shell tool, a printer tool, a registry library, a linked list, stack, queue, various array helpers, a system information class, an .ini class, and various string and date classes. The help file, though not complete, contains more information.
