This is not code to display the control panel: it is a mini-control panel written in Visual Basic. The interface includes a form that allows you to click on icons to get to some system utilities, and a drop-down combo box to allow you to access others. It also includes access to other system functions not part of the Windows control panel, such as shutting down the system and getting disk information.
