Shows an easy, resource efficient way to construct a dynamic graphical tool bar which outlines a button when moved over and processes code when clicked on. Uses a control array of 16 images for the buttons and two sets of four shape lines to outline the images. One set for the mouse over indicator and another for the selected indicator. The shapes dynamically adjust to fit any size image.
