Here's a unique program: it allows you to open a text file containing a set of test or survey questions, and then generate the HTML for the questions so they can be displayed on a web page. Put the page on your site and have people take a test online. The results get e-mailed back to you. Be sure to open the example files included and see the readme.txt file.
