I've put together an ASP file manager utility script that allows you to automatically add users to free web hosting. It can be modified for a pay site as well. What these scripts allow you to do is to view files, open text files, edit them, save them, upload files (as long as you also download my recommended 3-rd party upload component which is free ), create directories, delete directories, create files, and delete files.
