I wrote this application for my own personal use and have found it useful. This is an Amortization Schedule Calculator. You can specify the Loan Amount, Term, Periods, Rate, Extra Principle and Even Add Escrow in if you want. I created all the functions from an old college financial planning text book. I found this to be the easiest because the built in functions to VB are limited.
