This program shows you how to average bitmaps together using something like a mask. You use an image that contains information on where forground bitmap is to be more opaque or more transparent. The program uses scanline to go through the bitmaps pixel by pixel but it is still smooth for reasonably small bitmaps. The program is well documented but it might still be a little confusing.
