Frustrated that you can't declare an array of your objects using WithEvents? Here are two designs, that both allow this functionality, if not the specific syntax you're accustomed to. The first design uses a notification interface, to be implemented by your client objects, through which your event-raising objects can notify the clients as needed. The second design uses an intermediate notification object, and totally eliminates all circular reference issues.
