The purpose of this application is a user-interface for creating Tree Help files. The Tree Help files are based on the standard TreeView control. They contain nodes and related text which then can be saved and used in any other program as a form of built-in, on-screen, in-application help versus a compliled Help File which depends on Windows Help APIs. The Help.thlp file is an example of a Tree Help file that can be added to a program.
