Robbie's Command Line Web-Site Watcher is a project initiated by Fan Decheng (AKA Robbie Mosaic). The program downloads a web page and saves it on the disk, and then compares it with the current version and shows differences. If there is change, it prompts the user. It can be used as a watcher for web pages. Its ideas were from WebSite-Watcher (http://www.aignes.com/). Its main user interface is command line.
