6. ezconfirm
- ezconfirm contains two Perl scripts to enable a Web-based confirmation mechanism in ezmlm, supplementing or replacing the traditional e-mail-based confirmations. ezconfirm.pl plugs into a .qmail file and generates a small cookie file, mailing the user with details on validating the cookie file. ezokay.pl is a web CGI that validates cookie files. Each cookie is usuable exactly once before being expired. Cookies are generated via /dev/random.
