This download provides both a standard module and a class module, designed for different use patterns, but ultimately doing the same thing -- floodfilling an area within either a Form or a PictureBox control. The flood is accomplished with ExtFloodFill, and offers all the same capabilities and limitations as that API. Nothing too fancy, but a quick easy way to drop this functionality into any app.
